Frequently Asked questions

You choose the days and hours that you work.  You are required to work a minimum of 15 hours.  Some projects REQUIRE you to work a specific day, but that will be advised in the project description.  Be sure to check this PRIOR to scheduling your training certification.

It varies per project.  Most offer day and evening certification class hours.  You will be required to attend all sessions to successfully complete the training.  This information is found in the project description.

Both options are available.  You are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, but may work up to 40 hours per week.  Overtime will be announced if and when it is offered.

You do need a desktop or laptop computer.  You are unable to work on cell phone or tablet.  Need to have Windows 11 and if using MAC, check each project for specification.

You will need to have a quiet work environment.  Free from loud noise, TV's, music, etc.  

When you register for the Arise platform (which is the site that you log into for working), you will need to direct all support and registration issues to:  registration@registration.arise.com  The LJG team will not be able to assist you with this. If may take up to 48 hours for your issue to be resolved.   

You will need to have a work space separate from normal living spaces.   Also, when working, you will need to be in your specified work location (home).  This position isn't set up for you to be able to work from multiple locations.  You are required to have high speed internet hooked up with ethernet cord.  WiFi only is not acceptable.

No, you are responsible to pay taxes on your earnings.  You will be provided a 1099 MISC for at the end of the year.

No, your hours will be verified by your actual login and talk time.  You will submit an hours invoice weekly.

You are paid twice monthly on the 1st and 15th.  Rate of pay varies depending on the project you choose.  You can find the hourly rate list in the company messaging in the folder at the top of the page.

All pay is submitted via direct deposit to the account of your specification.

Certification pay is a flat rate.  The amount of pay is dependent upon the length of training certification period - $200 for 2 week certification; $400 for 4 week certification; all others will be advised prior to beginning certification.  Certification pay is paid ONLY after SUCCESSFUL completion of training certification.  If you are do not complete course, you will NOT receive compensation. Calls taken during certification period is still considered to be under certification pay.
